this tastey little ruffed grouse wandered out by my tent at sheepeater the morning of day 2. as good as it could have been i didn't take it for dinner, just the photo ;)

working around trees like this became common place as we left sheepeater and moved past rapid river.

this is how fire island looks now. greyhound looks worse and i will try to post some photos of it when i get them from blake.

arriving at sunflower at 3:45pm after leaving sheepeater at 10:30am.

blake and dave enjoy the fire at sunflower. we had our camp set up in time to beat the 100 rain drops we got while here. the only other rain we had was we were while sleeping in cabin 6 at flying b ;)
