3 cats in an s10 is quite a load, especially dropping down the canyon to the put in.

dave and dave prepare to launch in 80 degree weather. not sure how warm it really was, but it was warm enough to promote shorts and t-shirts until we got on the water.

dave and dave at margaritaville. neither of them enjoy posing for photos as can be seen by their utter contempt here for the lens!

somewhere along the river. lots of bruneau photos look very similar. the upper 35 miles is fairly relaxing with moments of "how the hell do i fit through there" take note of the slot at mile 40! it's virgin tight at 800 cfs ;)

more bruneau scenery. i have no clue where this is except that it is down river about 3 hours from camp margaritaville. the first 5 miles is slow going at 800, but then the pace picks up nicely.

from far away dave doesn't mind a bit of camera time. this was the first bruneau trip for either dave. now they know just what it means about the class V road into the class III river!
